Technical Support
Our engineering team provides full pre-sales and after-sales technical support to help you select, install, and maintain your linear guides correctly.
Product Selection
Not sure which series or size to choose? Send us your application requirements — load, speed, travel, accuracy, and environment — and we’ll recommend the right product and calculate the expected service life.
Installation Guidelines
For optimal performance, linear guides must be installed on accurately machined surfaces. Key guidelines:
- Rail mounting surface flatness: ≤0.01mm per 300mm
- Parallelism between two rails: ≤0.02mm over full travel
- Use a reference side for the datum rail; the second rail floats to compensate for mounting errors
- Apply appropriate lubrication before initial operation (grease or oil — see product data sheet)
- Tighten mounting bolts to specified torque in a cross pattern
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your rails interchangeable with HIWIN?
Yes. Our HG, EG, MG and RG series are dimensionally identical to the corresponding HIWIN series. Same bolt patterns, same block and rail cross-sections — direct drop-in replacement without any modification.
What is the difference between preload classes?
Preload removes internal clearance and increases rigidity. Z0 = zero preload (lowest friction, longest life); ZA = light preload (2–4% of C, best general-purpose choice); ZB = medium (4–8% of C, suitable for milling); ZC = heavy (8–12% of C, maximum rigidity).
Can I order non-standard rail lengths?
Yes. We can manufacture single-piece rails up to 4000mm. Longer lengths are available as joined rails. Contact us with your required length and we will confirm feasibility and lead time.
