LinearGuide Pro operates a 15,000 m² dedicated precision linear guide manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. Every stage of production — from raw steel to finished product — is performed in-house, giving us full control over quality and lead times.

• CNC rail grinding machines (precision ±0.001mm)
• Hardness testing (HRC 60–64 on all rail surfaces)
• 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for final inspection
• Clean grinding room for P4-grade products
• Automated assembly and matching lines for blocks and rails
• Full environmental testing (salt spray, temperature cycling)
